Information
Pastificio Minardo, established in Sicily in 2007, produces artisanal organic pasta using ancient Sicilian grains such as Russello and Timilia, promoting health, biodiversity and sustainability. Founded by Giorgio Minardo, the project stems from his research on pre-1975, unmanipulated and more nutritious wheat varieties. The supply chain is entirely Sicilian: the grains are grown without pesticides, stone or cylinder milled to preserve the nutrient-rich germ, and processed into bronze-drawn pasta dried at low temperatures. Available in 49 formats, including special lines for children and superfoods. Minardo pasta is distinguished by highly digestible gluten, nutrient richness and artisanal processing, contributing to the enhancement of the territory and respect for the environment. Awarded by Gamberorosso, the pasta factory is a symbol of the meeting of tradition and sustainability.
