SEMI-AUTOMATIC DEGASSING VALVE APPLICATOR

Equipment developed for the semi-automatic application of degassing valves to large-format flexible packaging, such as fertilizer and chemical product bags. The machine provides greater speed, precision, and consistency in the valve application process. It achieves an output of 6 to 10 units per minute and is compatible with bags measuring 400 to 1,000 mm in length, 300 to 500 mm in width, with a valve application depth ranging from 80 to 900 mm. With a robust structure and a capacity for bags of up to 700 kg, the machine operates at 220 V / 1 kW, making it a suitable solution for applications requiring greater capacity and durability. As an optional feature, the equipment can be equipped with a bellows valve application system, expanding its versatility for different types of packaging and industrial applications.
