What is this platform?
The Plástico Brasil is the official digital environment of the event, where you can register, access information about exhibitors, products, services, network, and make the most of your event experience. It is your central hub for all functionalities before, during, and after the event.
Does registration via the platform guarantee access to the in-person event?
No. Free registration on the digital platform allows you to access online functionalities, such as viewing exhibitors, schedules, and digital content. However, physical access to the event requires additional accreditation or ticket purchase, which must be completed through the official website.
How do I access my event credentials?
If you have issued a credential for the physical event through the official website.
Important: registration on the digital platform alone does not generate an access credential. Official accreditation is required.
I am an employee of an exhibiting company, but I cannot edit my company's profile. What should I do?
If you cannot access the Exhibitor Center or edit company information, this may be because you do not have administrator permissions. Request access from the digital manager of your company's contract or contact exhibitor support via email atendimento.plasticobrasil@informamarkets.com.br.
Can I change my personal data on the platform?
Yes! Log in to the platform, click on the avatar at the top of the platform, select "Complete my profile" and edit the desired information, such as name, email, phone, company, and position.
