SQ-Med Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise established in May 2012 with support from the Government of Nanjing City under the “321 Talent Plan” and is currently located in the Jiangbei New District, Nanjing, China. Driven by a group of high-caliber and experienced senior and mid-level scientific researchers and professional engineering and technical personnel, we are committed to the research, development, and production of medical devices for rehabilitating motor function of paralyzed limbs. SQ-Med employs cutting-edge proprietary technology based on 20 years of scientific research, which has been granted Chinese and international patents. The key innovation to generate harmonious movements in the paralyzed limbs comes from obtaining electromyographic (EMG) signals from the healthy limbs of hemiplegic patients or other healthy individuals and using the recorded signals for control in real-time or via programmed playback from memory.
