EAF

EAF is a private, non-profit entity possessing administrative independence and financial, asset, and operational autonomy, established by the operators Claro, TIM, and Vivo in compliance with the obligations set forth in the 5G Auction Notice.

Its mission is to efficiently, safely, and effectively implement the public policies outlined in the auction notice, thereby contributing to the expansion of connectivity and digital inclusion, as well as the modernization of telecommunications infrastructure in Brazil.

Its governance structure comprises the General Assembly, the Deliberative Council, the Statutory Executive Board, and the Fiscal Council. Each body exercises specific powers defined in the entity's Bylaws, ensuring proper administration, supervision, oversight, and decision-making regarding the entity's activities.
