Information

We are the fluoropolymers maufacturer in China. Our main products are FEP, PFA, PTFE, PVDF, THV, ETFE. FEP with good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, good electrical insulation and low friction coefficient. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing method. PFA is a fully fluorinated copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoropropyl perfluorovinylether. The performance and process temperature of PFA is similar to PTFE. PFA is with lower crystallization and melting viscosity. Compared with FEP, PFA has higher mechanical temperature performance. It can be processed by the same molding method as general thermal plastic resin. PTFE fine powder is in the form of white powder with excellent chemical resistance, lubricity properties, wide service temperature range, and dielectric performance. It can be processed by paste extrusion. PVDF resin is the homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride or the copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and a small amount of other vinyl monomer. It combines the characteristics of fluorine resin and general resin and has excellent chemical resistance, highl temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weather resistance, and radiation resistance, as well as special properties such as piezoelectric, dielectric, and thermoelectric performance. Depending on the polymerization method, PVDF resin can be divided into dispersion resin and suspension resin. FEP colorants are specially designed and developed colorants for fluoropolymers with excellent resin properties such asheat resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation, low capacitance, low dielectric loss and sliding properties. THV resin is a terpolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and 1,1-difluoroethylene, which has goodoptical transparency, resistance to permeation, chemical resistance, low-temperature machinability, and can belco-processed with other plastics and hydrocarbon elastomers, as well as bonded to many elastomers and plastics.
