This line can continuously produce from the dripper to packaging at a speed of 300 meters per minute, achieving efficient and integrated production.The line operates stably with accurate punching, ensuring product quality.It is easy to install and maintain, saving manpower and resources.
The inlaid continuous strip drip irrigation tape is composed of a PE hose and an inlaid continuous strip dripper. One side of the inlaid continuous strip has comb - shaped and other protrusions with special shapes corresponding to its functions.
The protruding part of the continuous strip is thermally fused and compounded with the hose through a special process to form flow channels and pipelines.
The incompletely compounded and communicating parts of the flow channels and pipelines form the water inlet section, the parts where the flow channels communicate with the outside form the water outlet, and the part between the water inlet section and the water outlet is the comb - shaped turbulent flow channel.
The flow channel spacing of each section can be adjusted in length by adjusting the strip dripper pressing mechanism.
