Opening of insert pockets for rough or finished cavities;
Opening of slider and wedge pockets;
Drilling of Cam pins (angled) and positioning pins;
Ejector pin drilling (minimum diameter of 3mm, subject to dimensional analysis of plate thickness);
Rough profile machining for cavities with up to 1mm of excess material (subject to analysis of the geometry to be machined);
Deep drilling with maximum dimensions between 1,000 mm and 4,000 mm;
Plate size limit for service execution: 1,000mm x 4,000mm, with a maximum weight of 25,000 kg.
