We could provide complete service including machine design, manufacturer, installation, training etc. Our washing line is widely used to recycle waste PE films,PP woven bags, HDPE Bottle,PET Bottle, EPS foam and other different kinds of waste plastics. Our Washing line mainly divided into three parts, crushing part, washing part and drying part. For crushing part, we have shredder and crusher. For washing part, we have friction washer, floating washer, hot steam washer, paper removing machine, lift conveyor etc.For drying part, we have dewatering machine, hot air drying system,squeezing machine and squeezing granulator. Our capacity to wash film/bags can reach 300 to 2000 kg/h, and for PET/HDPE washing line, the capacity can reach 500 to 6000 kg/h. Since 2021, we have sold out more than 20 big lines of PP PE and PET HDPE washing lines, and all of them are more than 2000kg/h.
