RTG / RMG Cranes
Machinery and equipment

Information
These versatile, mobile cranes run on rubber tires, offering the flexibility to move between yard blocks. ZPMC RTGs are renowned for their robustness, high stacking capacity, and reliability in all weather conditions.
ERTG (Electric RTG): Our eco-friendly solution featuring a busbar or cable reel system that eliminates diesel consumption and reduces carbon emissions, offering a quieter, cleaner, and more cost-effective operation.
HRTG (Hybrid RTG): A next-generation model combining a diesel generator with energy storage (battery/ultracapacitor) to recover energy during lowering and braking, significantly cutting fuel consumption and noise pollution.
ARTG (Automated RTG): For terminals transitioning to automation, our ARTG integrates advanced positioning sensors, anti-sway systems, and remote control capabilities to enable semi or fully automated stacking operations while retaining the flexibility of rubber-tire mobility.
RMG Cranes (Rail-Mounted Gantry)
Designed for high-density storage and higher speed requirements, RMG cranes operate on fixed rails, offering superior stability and precision. They are ideal for automated terminals and intermodal yards.
ARMG (Automated Rail-Mounted Gantry): A key component for fully automated terminals. Our ARMG systems provide precise, high-speed container handling with minimal human intervention, optimizing yard utilization and workflow efficiency.
ASC Model S (Automated Stacking Crane – Model S): This is our state-of-the-art automated RMG, specifically engineered for high-density, automated container storage. The "Model S" features advanced twin/tandem lift capabilities, optimized spreader technology, and intelligent control software to achieve maximum throughput in fully automated yards, ensuring seamless integration with the terminal operating system (TOS).
