★Main function: continuous sealing of sterilization packaging bags.
★Main sealing parameters:
1. Sealing speed: 10±0.5m/min (can be updated to 18m/min);
2. Sealing margin: 0~35mm adjustable;
3. Sealing line width: 12mm, the sealing quality meets the requirements of YY/T 0698.5-2023;
4. 7-inch color LCD touch screen, graphical English operation interface, screen brightness can be adjusted;
5. Intelligent temperature control, the working temperature can be set arbitrarily from 60 to 220°C, 4 common temperatures are preset, and the temperature deviation is ≤1%;
6. Room temperature rises to 180℃ in less than 40 seconds, and the working temperature rises from 120℃ to 180℃ in only 10 seconds, the temperature rises quickly and has an exhaust cooling system to reduce the waiting time for temperature conversion.
