Consumables and Orthopedics

Information
A Midline catheter (often referred to simply as “Midline”) is a long peripheral intravenous catheter typically inserted into the veins of the upper arm, with its tip located in the proximal segment of the peripheral vein (not reaching the central vein such as the superior vena cava). It is an important vascular access device between short peripheral catheters and central venous catheters
Widely used in general wards, oncology, geriatrics, long-term care units, and home care settings. It is operated by trained nursing or medical staff under aseptic conditions.
