In 2026, PX Group will celebrate half a century of expertise, innovation, and responsible commitment. With approximately 600 employees across its companies in Switzerland (PX Précimet and PX Précinox) and Malaysia (Swiss Profile), the Group embodies Swiss precision and expertise, placing itself as a leader in precision metallurgy in the last two decades.
Initially focused on watchmaking industry, the Group has expanded its expertise into other demanding and challenging sectors, including medical technology. This heritage is evident in its production of implantable alloys such as precious metals (Gold, Platinum, Iridium…) and titanium and stainless steels, which meet the rigorous standards of the medical industry.
Its portfolio includes small-diameter tubes (0.30 to 4.00 mm), marker bands, electrodes and fine wires for cardiovascular applications, and specialized profiles for orthopaedic use and traumatology, as well as shaped tubes designed for endoscopic applications. These products, made from precious and non-precious metals, are renowned for their precision, purity, and alloy homogeneity, making them indispensable to medical device manufacturers worldwide.
The Group’s activities are focused on the manufacture of semi-finished products such as profiles, tubes and rings, in both precious and non-precious metals, via rolling, drawing and punching operations. The Group also offers hard metal machining solutions for shaped, standard and threading tools. Finally, one of the company’s pillars lies in our mastery of alloy production and gold recycling and refining capabilities ensuring consistent quality and sustainability of its materials.
