ESPUMA® Gentle is absorbent wound dressing made of polyurethane foam .The outermost layer is bacteria-proof, virus-proof and waterproof polyurethane film. The wound contact layer is perforated soft silicone gel that allows painless and atraumatic removal and permits the passage of exudate to the absorbent foam layer.
ESPUMA® Gentle Xtra Comfort is a multi-layered dressing consisting of absorbent foam with additional highly absorbent layer and having an adhesive outermost border.
