Why register my brand? It seems obvious, but a lot of people don’t know!
The Brand probably is one of the most precious assets of a business, as it is the main link with the customer. However, what many people don’t know is that the Brand is a property, like land, for example.
If you don’t register it, you don’t own it , and worse, someone could end up registering ir before you, preventing you from using it, and maybe even charging you a compensation for using a Trademark Registration without authorization.
By registering it, you receive a registration certificate (valid as a deed of a property) and you have the right to the brand, being able to sell, license products, franchise the Brand (and only Brands that have already entered the registration can franchise).
