GAS-AIR(SUCTION/OXYGEN/INSUFFLATION/SMOKE) FILTERS

Oxygen supplementation may be used as part of the management of patients with chronic, acutely transitioned, and acute respiratory disturbances. Oxygen concentrators create oxygen-rich air from ambient air and deliver it to patients who require hydrogen therapy. Each oxygen concentrator uses a series of filters. The oxygen concentrator filter(intake air filter) consists of a plastic housing and an internal fiberglass pleated element. The purpose of this filter is to clean the air before it enters the compressor directly and to reduce the noise generated when the machine is working. The more dirt the filter blocks from the compressor, the longer the compressor will last longer.Before oxygen leaves the oxygen concentrator and is delivered to the patient, it needs to pass through the last filter. The air vent filter(bacterial filter) is placed before the oxygen outlet inside the oxygen concentrator. The role of this filter is to prevent any very fine particles from being discharged from the machine. Suction filters filter bacteria and viruses during the operation of suctioning. It can not only prevent the patient's sputum from contaminating the suction machine, reducing the loss of the suction device, but also prevent the patient from inhaling the bacteria and viruses in the suction suction, effectively avoiding the occurrence of cross-infection. Insufflation Filter with Tubing Set is used in conjunction with insufflators for intra-abdominal insufflation. The smoke filter is used as part of a smoke evacuation system which reduces particulate and odour causing noxious chemicals from surgical smoke generated in laparoscopic procedures while maintaining a clear field of vision. Surgical smoke evacuation is controlled via the surgical smoke removal valve. It is indicated for use during any minimally invasive surgery involving insufflation, electrocautery, laser, or ultrasonic scalpel use. The filter comes in two colors, purple and clear, with matching tubing.
