The inkjet printing is done directly onto the PET film using two printheads — one white and one CMYK — creating a full-color image with a white base. Next, the film receives a coat of polyamide powder, which is responsible for adhering the print to the fabric. Finally, the film passes through the curing oven, where high temperatures complete the fixation process.
