This type of fiber and power hybrid cable is mainly used to connect BBU with P-Bridge or RHUB in small base stations in the city, which plays the role of transmitting signals and supplying power to the equipment at the same time. It is mainly composed of two butterfly-shaped optical cables and two twisted copper cables. The optical unit uses G.657A2 optical fiber as information transmission medium,glued steel wire as reinforcement and low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin (LSZH) as sheath.The stranded annealed copper wire is used as conductor and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as insulating layer in the electrical unit.
