This case packing machine offers a reliable solution for bottles, boxes, bags and cans.
It runs at a speed of 6 cycles per minute, with a max load capacity of 160 kg (including grippers).
Power supply: 3-Phase 380/220V; power consumption: 4.05kW (oscillating splitter) or 4.45kW (servo splitter).
Air requirement: 0.6 MPa pressure, 450 NL/min consumption.
The main frame is made of powder-coated carbon steel, with optional gripper types including pneumatic, airbag, suction cup and combined mechanical designs.
It accommodates products with width ≤380mm, length ≤1000mm, and height 20–330mm.
Conveyor heights: feeding/alignment section at 1050mm, carton feeding section at 600mm
