Information
A check weigher is designed to select and reject items that do not meet the target weight from a batch of similar products
Ĕ The check weigher consists of two parts:
electronic sorting device and rejection device
Ĕ The check weigher places the items to be checked on a moving belt for weight detection, and selects items that do not meet the target weight
Ĕ The methods for rejecting items that do not meet the target weight:
Two-way rejetor, Slide down rejector, T-push rejector, Air blower rejector
Ĕ Factors affecting model selection:
Weight range, speed requirement, accuracy requirement, product size, and rejecting mode preference
