The mold core, mold cavity, and Neck ring are made of S136LN stainless steel, while the mold frame is made of 4Cr13 stainless steel. These components offer high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, resulting in a longer mold lifespan. Raw materials are procured in bulk and processed in-house to ensure consistent quality across all mold sets. The parts are processed in a temperature-controlled workshop to effectively control temperature deformation. Combined with specialized processing equipment for preform molds, this ensures stable part precision, accurate fit, and uniform and consistent preform wall thickness. We implement strict quality control throughout the entire process. Every part is inspected by a coordinate measuring machine after processing. Only after passing the inspection can it proceed to the next process, ensuring accuracy and quality from the source. After the mold is assembled, it undergoes multiple rigorous tests, including trial molding, dimensional accuracy, operational stability, and cooling effect. A complete quality inspection report is generated and the mold is only shipped after being reviewed and approved by multiple people, ensuring that customers can start production with peace of mind upon receipt.
