The FlexPall R140 2P SO represents the new generation of high-performance palletizing solutions, offering greater versatility and robustness to meet the demands of the consumer goods industry and intralogistics operations centers. Developed for operations requiring greater operational safety, scalability, and flexibility, the solution is part of a new product family with a load capacity ranging from 7 to 40 kg, capable of operating with 2 or 4 pallets, ideal for applications involving bags, bales, and boxes in high-volume production.
Its design prioritizes ergonomics, safety, and flexibility while maintaining high operational efficiency. The monoblock (plug-and-play) structure facilitates installation and reduces start-up time, ensuring a swift implementation.
In the Safe Operation (SO) version, the cell incorporates area scanners, providing process safety without the need for large enclosures or excessive space occupation.
