NS series RFID safety switches with lock

The NS series of RFID safety switches with lock combine all the knowledge and innovations developed by Pizzato Elettrica for nearly 40 years of experience in industrial safety and it represents today's spearhead of this field. These safety switches are used mainly on machines where the hazardous conditions persist even after the machine has been switched off; with their technopolymer body, they are suitable for medium/light applications. These are the main features of NS series safety switches: - Contactless activation by means of the RFID technology; - Maximum safety level PLe and SIL 3 installing only one device on the machine guard; - Large hole for centering the actuator's pin, which makes it easier to align the actuator and the hole on the head of the switch; - Protection degree IP67 and IP69K; - The top module of the switch, which incorporates the release devices, and the lower module, which includes the connection outputs can be rotated in 90° steps, thus obtaining different combinations with the same item. The NS series safety switches are also available in the version with a long housing, where 1 up to 4 control devices can be installed in the body of the switch itself.
