A Sicilian variety, autochthonous cultivar “Nocellara”, among the most valuable, harvested in Castelvetrano, in the province of Trapani, before they are ripe so that the pulp is crunchy and the color remains a bright green. The olives have a rounded shape, a unique flavor: fruity and sweet.
