Equipped with advanced electro-hydraulic servo synchronization and full closed-loop control via dual-side grating rulers, it ensures precise slider positioning accuracy up to ±0.01mm and consistent parallelism during high-load operations. The machine integrates a high-response hydraulic system with automatic deflection compensation, effectively eliminating workpiece angle errors caused by frame deformation and ensuring uniform bending quality across the entire working length. Its multi-axis servo-driven back gauge enables fast, accurate positioning for complex bending tasks, while the intuitive CNC system supports 2D/3D programming and angle simulation for streamlined operation.
