All tooling is manufactured from high-quality alloy steel using advanced machining and heat-treatment technologies. Our production processes include full-body heat treatment to improve overall hardness, tempering to eliminate internal stress, laser-hardened working zones, and CNC depth hardening (3–5 mm) to enhance wear resistance and extend service life. These processes ensure excellent durability and dimensional stability under heavy-duty bending conditions. Each tooling component undergoes strict inspection using profile measuring instruments, straightness measurement systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Critical working surfaces achieve accuracy up to ±0.02 mm, with overall dimensional accuracy up to ±0.2 mm, ensuring precise and repeatable bending results. Our tooling is compatible with major press brake systems including Amada, Trumpf, Wila, Bystronic, and LVD, allowing easy integration into existing production lines.
