Regardless of the position of the beam, once a failure occurs, the anti-fall safety device immediately locks the beam to prevent it from falling. The beam can be moved and positioned in both horizontal and vertical directions. The precision rack and pinion drive mechanism ensures smooth and stable welding speed. The control system has a centralized and integrated control function; the columns, beams, welding heads, etc. can all be operated and controlled on the hand control box. The operating machine is equipped with the submerged arc welding power source and suspended submerged arc welding head produced by our company. Adjustable roller stand. Each roller frame is composed of a driving frame and a driven frame.
