For nearly 80 years, BMI has been designing and manufacturing vacuum furnaces dedicated to the heat treatment of high value-added steel components. Our expertise is based on a comprehensive mastery of vacuum technologies and recognized know-how in the most demanding industrial environments.

Our standard range covers all the main treatments: oil quenching, gas quenching, tempering, annealing, stress relieving, ageing...

We also develop specific furnaces for advanced processes such as high-temperature brazing, aluminium brazing, sintering and degassing, as well as special applications such as IVD and APV processes.

Available in a wide range of sizes, our vacuum furnaces can be equipped with optional features to perform thermochemical treatments: low-pressure carburizing, low-pressure nitriding, plasma nitriding, etc.
